Shipping Policy

Ville Apparel provides high quality Hats and Apparel for delivery. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days (this may vary during busy periods).

We ship our products to addresses in Ireland and Northern Ireland, up to 25kg for €6.50 per transaction.

We also ship to the UK, up to 30kg for €12 per transaction.

Upon delivery of our product, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and ensure the product matches the product description, prior to use.

Ville Apparel do not take responsibility for items which may be undelivered due to shipping address errors or incorrect information provided by customers.
Return Policy
If the product does not match the description of the item ordered, all items can be returned within 14 days of delivery to Ville Apparel. Items must be returned with protective packaging to prevent further damage upon return. Each item will be inspected by a member of the Ville Apparel team to assess any faults or defects and determine whether a refund is warranted.

For returns, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product has been deemed faulty by the Ville Apparel team.
